- To receive care in a manner that ensures personal privacy and modesty.
6. Right to Safety and Security
- To be protected from physical, emotional, verbal, and financial abuse.
- To be free from restraints unless authorized by a physician for medical treatment.
- To receive care in a manner that minimizes risk and promotes your overall well-being.
7. Right to Choose and Change Providers
